After multiple lightning delays and the game being pushed to Saturday night, Bradley escaped Middletown with a thrilling 24-21 victory. A beautiful corner end zone pass by Jags QB Will Phillis to senior WR Derek Dunnagan got the scoring started with 3:24 left in the 1st. Bradley's defensive pressure and forcing 3 Middletown fumbles in the first half led to a 24-6 lead halfway through the 4th. The Middies made a furious comeback, getting within 3, before Dunnagan made a game-sealing interception. Junior RB Robbie Hyrmer added 138 rushing yards and a touchdown. Up Next: Bradley (2-0) plays host to Hilliard Davidson. The showdown will be the first ever meeting between the two schools.
